Creative Connections invites you to apply as a guest artist instructor in Nancy's Maker Studio and Gallery in her home. The studio is located at 29682 N 67th St in north Scottsdale off Dixelita Dr, close to Scottsdale Road.

Download and complete the "Guest Artist Class Information" form to submit your class request. Your signature is required to agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the "Monetize Your Talents" document. To submit, fill out the form completely, including your signature, scan it, and send it to Nancy at nbreiman@gmail.com or take a picture of your completed and signed form and send it to Nancy at nbreiman@gmail.com.

Your submission will be reviewed, and you will receive a notification from Nancy via email. Please do not publish class information until you have received notification. Upon notification, you will be asked to pay your "Save the Date" non-refundable deposit.
